Victoria Masika – Advocate for Faith, Community, and Leadership
Victoria Masika is a parent, former educator, ministry leader, and community advocate who has dedicated her life to empowering others through faith and service. She believes the Church is not defined by a building but by the living, unified body of Christ. Since 2012, she has been at the forefront of a growing, multi-ethnic fellowship that celebrates the diversity of its members and promotes genuine discipleship that bears lasting fruit.
As an active member of the Elizah Reformation of Christ Priesthood and the National Minister Association, Victoria upholds the five-fold ministry—Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers—as essential to equipping believers for service. Her leadership reflects her deep commitment to making disciples, ensuring that everyone—regardless of background—has access to sound teaching, spiritual growth, and meaningful community.
Victoria’s ministry offers a balance of in-person and virtual engagement. With a twice-monthly in-person gathering to foster personal connections and weekly virtual sessions for ongoing discipleship, she has pioneered a modern Ministry Hub that makes spiritual growth accessible to all. This dynamic approach supports believers in their faith journeys, helping them to become whole, fruitful, and impactful in their daily lives.
Drawing from her experience as a former political candidate, Victoria combines leadership, advocacy, and biblical wisdom to inspire those she serves. Her passion for community transformation, rooted in God’s Word, fuels her ongoing mission to reach people from all walks of life and invite them into the fullness of life found in Christ.
Through her steadfast commitment to unity, diversity, and discipleship, Victoria Masika continues to lead others in living out their faith authentically—because, as she often reminds her community, “You are the Church.”
